The central coast offers some of the most beautiful scenery in California. With grace and luck, the wildfires currently ravaging the state’s countryside will spare it’s old growth vineyards. Clos LaChance is one of our favorite small wineries in the area, situated just 20 miles south of San Jose. Their hummingbird series wines reflect many of the species that frequent the winery and vineyards. Dustin Halton of Heritage Wine Cellars will be on hand to discuss the Clos LaChance wines while Sarah’s crew cooks up a delectable summer feast. Our next wine dinner won’t be until September, so don’t miss this one.
